13.
Unscrew the nut (13) and disassemble the
meat grinder head.
VEGETABLE SLICER
1.
Install the slicing attachment (20), the chip-
ping attachment (21) or the grate (22) into
the vegetable slicer body (19).
2.
Install the vegetable slicer body (19) on the
meat grinder and turn it until it is firmly fixed
(pic. 7).
3.
Insert the power plug into the mains socket.
4.
Switch the unit on, setting the switch (7) to
the «ON» position, the switch (6) should be in
the position «ON».
5.
During the operation use only the pusher (18)
supplied with the unit; do not use any other
objects to push vegetables, never push veg-
etables with your hands.

After you finish operating, switch the meat
grinder off, setting the operation mode
switch (7) to the position «0» and unplug the
unit; only after that you can disassemble the
meat grinder.
7.
To remove the vegetable slicer attachment
(19) press the lock button (4), turn the attach-
ment and remove it.
MEAT GRINDER MAINTENANCE
• After finishing operation, switch the meat
grinder off by setting the switch (7) to the
position «0», and unplug the unit.
• Press the lock button (4), turn the head and
remove it.
• Unscrew the nut (13), remove the installed
attachments (14, 15, 16, 17) or the grates
(10, 11, 12), remove the blade (9) from the
screw (8).
• Remove the screw (8) from the meat grinder
head (3).
• Remove remains of the food products from
the screw.
• Wash all the parts of the meat grinder with
warm water and a neutral detergent, then
rinse and dry thoroughly before assembling.
• Clean the meat grinder body (5) with a slight-
ly damp cloth and then wipe dry.
• Do not use solvents or abrasives to clean the
meat grinder body (5).
• Provide that no water gets inside the meat
grinder body.
STORAGE
• Before taking the meat grinder away for stor-
age make sure that the unit body and all
removable parts are clean and dry.
• Keep the unit away from children in a dry
cool place.
