To ensure the stability and safety of the machine we recommend tha t the machine is fi xed on a work bench
or at a sub frame. For stabile moun ting this tool follow the one of the follo wing steps.
a) As a sta tiona ry machine on a workbench. In case the machine must be secured to the workbench with 4
bolts (A) and 4 nuts (B)
b) As a sta tiona ry machine on a sub frame. In this case the machine must be secured to the sub frame with
4 bolts and the sub frame anchored with 4 bolts t o the floor pl ate.
7.Switch the machine on and o ff . (Fig 11)
-Press the on/o ff switch (20) to switch on the machine.
-Release the on/o ff switch to switch the machine o ff .
8.Adjus ting of the turn table. (Fig 12)
-Loosen the table lock handle (7)
-Press and keep pressed the table lock bu tton (7a) and turn the turning table to the desir ed position
Release the table lock bu tton (7a) and tig hten the table lock handle (7)
9.Adjus ting the b evel leve r . (Fig13+14)
Adjust the bevel lever handle
-Loosen the bevel lever handle (18)
-Turn the table (8) of the machine into the desir ed position, the angle can be read out from indicator ( 18a)

10.P r epa r a tion b e f o r e cu tting
The work piece clamp is used t o fix and support for the w ork piece which will be cut (fig. 16).
Place the w ork fl at at the w orking table with one side of the work piece a g ainst the fence
Before st arting the cutting job, secu re the w ork piece tig htly with the work piece clamp (20)
-If the machine is set in tr ansport position, fi rst set the machine at w orking position
-Before st arting the machine be ensu re that the line of cu tting not is bloc ked and the handle (1) can move
freely. This can be checked by pr essing the handle (1) sl owly downwards with a switch o ff machine. Be
ensur e the gua rd and saw blade can move freely.
11.C r oss-cuts ( r ota r y table 0 deg r ee )
-Hold firmly the handle (1) and p ress the on o ff swit ch (15), the s aw blade will st art running and w ait till it
reach his maximal speed.
-Unlock the gua rd lock handle (2) and push slowly the handle (1) and keep pr essing till the work piece is cut
complet ely (fig 15.)
-Lift the handle (1) and release the on / o ff switch bu tt on (15).
Before remove the work piece ensur e the handle (1 ) of the machine is a upper position and the saw blade
stand s till.
12.C r oss-cuts ( r ota r y table -45 / 45 deg r ee )
-Set the rotary table at desir ed position (fig. 12 )
-Loosen the table lock handle (7)
-Press and keep pressed the table lock bu tton (7a) and turn the turning table to the desir ed position
-Release the table lock bu tton (7a) and tig hten the table lock handle (7)
-Hold firmly the handle (1) and p ress the on o ff swit ch (15), the s aw blade will st art running and w ait till it
reach his maximal speed.
-Unlock the gua rd lock handle (2) and push slowly the handle (1) and keep pr essing till the work piece is cut
complet ely (fig 15.)
