BEFORE STARTING

Locate the heater as close as possible to the gas exhaust
chimney of the building where heater is used. Connect
the heater to the chimney with a metal tube having at
east 10" slope in the direction of the exhaust. Sufficent
depression in the exhaust tube must be guaranteed at all
time. Depending on the length of the connecting tube
various diameters of this should be used. Please contact
your dealer in case of doubt. Noisy burning is a sign
that correct depression is not achieved. Connect the
heater to mains 220/240 volts 50 Hz via an electrical
plug with earth connection protected with 10 A fuses.

STARTING PROCEDURE

Fill up tank. Move control knob (1) on position “   "
and room thermostat (2) on position max. After a few
seconds the burner will fire and the main fan will start
automatically as soon as the temperature of the burning
chamber is sufficient. At this moment place the thermo-
stat (2) on the desired temperature.

STOPPING PROCEDURE

Switch control knob (1) on position “     “. After automatic
cooling cycle is performed and the heater will stop auto-
matically. Never stop the heater by pulling out mains plug
so this would prevent automatic cooling-off procedure
and destroy the heater.
Your heater can be used as a ventilator only. To do this
move control knob (1) on position “     ".

MAINTENANCE

Check, clean or replace fuel filter cartridge regularly.
Clean the interior of burning charnber once a year.
Remove burner and fuel tank. Remove lower front and
rear body panels as well as inspection plates. Clean ins-
ide with a brush or a vacuum cleaner.
Burner maintenance: please call your dealer. Main fan
and motor: both components should be kept at all time
free of dust.
