5.4.3.

Gas Valve Adjustment

Loosen the protective brass cap and prepare a 4mm Allen wrench to set the gas values.

If the combustion values at minimum do not correspond to the

recommended ones, intervene on the valve offset adjustment.

Now, if the CO2 is lower than the recommended value, slowly

screw clockwise (see figure at the side) to enrich the mixture.

If the CO2 is higher, slowly unscrew to make the mixture

lighter.

The adjustment is very sensitive and small movements are

recommended (a quarter of a turn varies the CO2 by about

1%) and wait for the fume analyzer to detect the variation and

stabilize.

Once the adjustment has been made, repeat the test

procedure.

At the end of the adjustment, refit the protective cap of the adjustment screw.

Attention: the adjustment of the PR.ADJ screw does not affect the increase of the

oven power.
