5.5. Problems during the testing procedure
At minimum it turns off
1. Increase the valve adjustment (PR.ADJ) until the oven
remains on at minimum.
2. Check the type of gas and the pressure.
3. Check gas nozzle.
4. Check the gas pipe fixing.
5. Check the flame detector wiring.
6. Check the pipe of benchmark pressure test point is clear.
7. Check that the blower fan air intake is clean.
8. Check the electrical connection.
At maximum the flame
tends to go out or
“detach” from the burner.
1. Check gas nozzle.
2. Check the type of gas and the inlet pressure.
3.
Measure the CO and CO2 values and compare them with
the min/max values.
ALARM E27:
Gas testing failed
Check that 200°C have not been exceeded in the chamber, if so
perform a cooldown and then perform the test again. Check that
the 10 minutes available for each test phase have not expired, if so
perform the test again without letting this time expire.
If other alarms appear, see the “GAS ALARMS TABLE”
Important: at the end of each intervention on the gas system, perform the gas
test procedure measuring the CO and CO2 and checking that the values fall
within the ranges declared by the manufacturer
