6.7. Washing stop
If the washing is voluntarily interrupted (by pressing the stop button) or due to an alarm in
a phase potentially harmful for the user (presence of chemicals in the cooking chamber),
the oven cannot be used to cook and remains in the washing menu (it is not possible to
start a cooking). To exit the washing menu, it is necessary to perform one of these
operations:
•
Run a washing program and let it finish
•
Run the “rinse” program
However, if the oven has a fault that not allow washing or rinsing, the oven can be
released using this emergency procedure
•
Go to the washing screen and scroll it to the right to show the rinse program.
•
Select the rinse
•
Press and hold the oven symbol for 5s and then release
•
The display goes back to the previous screen.
ATTENTION!: Remember that this is a potentially dangerous procedure because
there may be detergent residues in the chamber (even if not immediately visible) or
in the tank under the chamber.
If this procedure is performed, before starting a cooking, you must:
•
Check that the drain valve is open, if not open it manually
•
Rinse the cooking chamber thoroughly (even behind the air conveyor) and the
door glass with the washing spray gun
•
Make sure that the tank under the cooking chamber has emptied (simply remove
the strainer on the chamber drain) and then thoroughly rinse it
