2- Schrauben Sie die zwei Bolzen ( oder Flügelmutter), die
den Brenner im Ofenfuß festmachen, unter dem Ofen heraus.
3- Ziehen Si eden Brenner nach unten ab (beachten Sie,die
zwei Elektroden nicht zu biegen oder zu brechen) und
ziehen Sie ihn aus dem Loch .
4- Beseitigen Si eden eventuellen Schmutz vom Brenner
(wir empfehlen , ihn mit Druckluft zu blasen).
5- Schrauben Sie den Brenner in der vorherigen Stellung wieder an.
Sollten die Probleme noch bestehen, kontaktieren Sie
das Kundendienstzentrum.

10.1 DEINSTALLATION
Am Ende des Arbeitslebens vom Ofen ist es notwendig,
Deinstallation und Demontage auszuführen;
ALLE DEMONTAGEARBEITEN DER MASCHINE MÜSSEN VON
QUALIFIZIERTEM FACHPERSONAL IN ÜBEREINSTIMMUNG
MIT DEN SICHERHEITSNORMEN DURCHGEFÜHRT WERDEN.
Bei Demontage ist es daher OBLIGATORISCH ,die folgenden
Vorrichtungen zum Schutz der Person zu tragen:
Daher sind bei den Abbauarbeiten die im folgenden be-
schriebenen RESTLICHEN RISIKEN zu betrachten :
• ZERQUETSCHEN
• FALLEN VOM MATERIAL
• SCHNITTE
• ABRASIONEN
10.2 ENTSORGUNG
Nach Demontage müssen die Bauteile des Ofens nach
dem Material, aus dem sie bestehen, getrennt werden
; später ist die Entsorgung bei AUTORISIERTEN ÄMTERN
in Übereinstimmung mit den geltenden Müllnormen
durchzuführen .

10.1 DISASSEMBLY
When the oven is no longer exploitable, you must carry out
the disassembly and demounting operation;
ALL THE DEMOUNTING OPERATIONS OF THE MACHINE
MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY QUALIFIED PERSONNEL AND
IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE SAFETY RULES.
Therefore it’s compulsory that during the demounting
phase the operators wear the following individual
protection devices:
Therefore during the demounting operation, it’s necessary
to take into consideration the following mentioned
RESIDUAL RISKS:
• CRUSHING
• MATERIALS FALLS
• CUTS
• ABRASIONS
10.2 ELIMINATION
After the demounting operation, it’s necessary to subdivide
the oven components according to the composition of the
materials; then carry out the elimination by an AUTHORIZED
ORGANIZATION, in the full compliance of the current
regulations concerning waste products.
2.From under the oven unscrew the two bolts (or wing
nuts) which fix the burner to the oven base.
3- Slip the burner off from below (paying attention not
to bend or break the 2 electrodes) and extract it from
the hole.
4- Remove the dirt from the burner (we recommend
blowing it down with compressed air)
5- Screw the burner again in the previous position
If the defects persist put in contact with the servicing centre.
