BenUTZUnG
8.1 INBETRIEBNAHME
Bevor man den Ofen einschaltet, ist es sicherzustellen,
dass nichts den Luftzufluss im Brenner verstopft und
dass das Ofenloch auf keinen Fall versperrt ist.
- StellenSie sicher, dass alle Gashähne geöffnet sind,
entlüften Sie –falls nötig- die Gasleitung.
- Stecken Sie einen Durchmesser in die Steckdose vom
Bruck des Brenners und kontrollieren Sie sowohl eventuelle
Brennstoffverluse (indem man die Gaszuführung schließt)
als auch den korrekten Druck vom Gas selbst, sowohl bei
ausgeschaltetem als auch funktionierendem Brenner .
- Schließen Sie die Spannung an den Brenner an und stellen
Sie den Schalter (oder Thermostat) auf 1. Flamme ein;
durch den Hahn (laut Bild 1) kalibrieren Sie die gewünschte
Gasmenge und dann benutzen Sie den Primärluftsregler
der Fackel von 1. Flamme (laut Bild 2), um eine perfekt
blaue aber auch weiche und stille Flamme zu erzielen (die
Spitze der Flamme geht ins Gelb).
- Stellen Sie den Schalter ( oder Thermostat) auf 2.Flamme
ein,dann schrauben Sie den auf dem Elektroventil posi-
tionierten Deckel auf und nachher drehen Sie mit dem
Inbusschlüssel ø 4 (laut Bild 4) im Uhrzeigersinn, um die
Gasmenge zu vermindern, und entgegen dem Uhrzeiger-
sinn, um die Gasmenge zuerhöhen .

8.1 STARTING
Before starting the oven up, check that nothing ob-
structs the air inrush to the burner and that the oven
mouth isn’t in anyway blanked.
- Check that all the air cocks are open and make the gas
flue pipes leak if necessary.
- Insert a monometer on the burner pressure tube and
check the possible fuel leaks (closing the gas intake) and
the correct pressure of the gas self, both when the burner
is off and when it’s on.
- Give tension to the burner and place the switch (or the
thermostat) in 1st flame, then through the cock (as per
photo 1) calibrate the desired quantity of gas and then
operate on the primary air regulator of the 1st flame
torch (as per photo 2) in order to get a perfectly blue,
smooth and noiseless flame (the flame end has to verge
on the yellow).
- Place the switch (or the thermostat) in 2nd flame then
unscrew the cap positioned on the second electromagnetic
valve and then operate clockwise with an Allen key Ø 4 (as
per photo 3) to boost the gas quantity.

Maximaler Druck: den Modulation-

ken; Mutter C aufschrauben, um
den Druck herabzusetzen. 10 mm
Schlüssel.
Minimaler Druck: die Versorgung
des Modulationsoperators unterbrechen. Schraube D
einschrauben, während man Mutter C blockiert hält, um
den Druck zu verstärken; Schraube D aufschrauben, um
den Druck herabzusetzen. Schlitz-Schraubendreher 6x1.
Kunststoffkappe des Modulators wiederpositionieren.
ACHTUNG: Die Wiederpositionierung der Kappe E ist
für den richtigen Betrieb des Modulators wesentlich.
ADJUSTMENT OF THE OUTLET
PRESSURE
Maximum pressure: power the mo-
dulating device with the maximum
current. Screw nut C to increase the
outlet pressure and unscrew it to
decrease the pressure using a 10
mm wrench.
Minimum pressure: switch off the
power to the modulating device and, by keeping nut C
locked, screw down the screw D in order to increase the
pressure and unscrew it to decrease the pressure using a
flat screwdriver 6x1.
Lodge the plastic cap of the modulating device back.
ATTENTION: lodging the plastic cap E back is essential
for the good working of the modulating device.
