Inspecting the Blades

To check the state of wear of the blades in the Rotary blades vacuum pump

proceed as follows:

•

Remove the threaded inspection plug;

•

Rotate the rotor until a blades lines up with the inspection hole;

•

Compare the height of the blades with the reference ring on the rotor;

•

Replace the entire set of blades when the height is less than the

reference ring on the rotor.

Replacing the Blades

Check that there is sufficient space at the back of the Rotary blades vacuum pump to be able to work easily; if

there is not, the Rotary blades vacuum pump should be taken off its support beforehand;

2. Remove the back

3. Extract the blades from the rotor;

4. Replace the blades;

5. Clean the Rotary blades vacuum pump.

Re-fit the back of the Rotary blades vacuum pump

7. Use original spare parts only
