13.3.2 DIAGNOSTIC PROCEDURE

STEP 1 – PERFORM KEY ASSIGNMENT

PRE CONDITION

• Turn ON ignition

TEST PROCEDURE

• Connect i-SECURE dealer programming tool using garuda VCI in the vehicle and generate

an key assignment TPK

Always use i- V4.0.7 and above for any security components ECU
programming in“XUV 7OO”

ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA

• Key assignment TPK should be generated

ACTION TO BE TAKEN

OK

NOT OK

• If the TPK generated, share it to TEKline through

TAR to get ASC or generate ASC using automated
blue signature and execute ASC. And turn ignition
OFF for 2 minutes.

• After 2 minutes turn ignition ON and Check & clear

DTCs

• And crank the engine to start the vehicle, if the

vehicle didn't start on first attempt, reset the
ignition again and try cranking again
