Fresh Air Mode Switch
With the fresh air mode selected, air
enters the vehicle from outside and is
heated or cooled according to the other
functions selected.
Air Recirculation Mode Switch
This is used to select recirculation of
inside air. With the recirculation mode
selected, air from within the passenger
c o m pa r t m e n t i s d r a w n t h r o u g h t h e
heating system and heated or cooled
according to the other functions selected.
AUTO Mode Switch
The air conditioning system is controlled
automatically in the AUTO mode. Press
the AUTO switch to turn ON the AUTO
mode. The modes, blower fan speeds, air
i n ta k e ( f r e s h / r e c i r c u l a t i o n ) a n d a i r
c o n d i t i o n i n g w i l l b e c o n t r o l l e d
automatically based on temperature
setting.
Manual Operation
All the functions of air conditioning and
h e a t i n g s y s t e m c a n b e m a n u a l l y
controlled by pressing individual push
switches except AUTO switch.
By selecting fresh air / recirculation and
then choosing AUTO mode will set all the
functions automatically.
Air Distribution Mode Switch
To adjust air distribution, press the MODE
switch. Each pressing of mode switch will
change the flow pattern accordingly.
Air distribution mode switch allows you to
select the below air flow pattern.
NOTICE
• Prolonged operation of the air
conditioning and heating system in
recirculation mode will result in
fogging on the windshield and side
windows glass. With this the air
within the passenger compartment
will become stale and excessively
dry.
• Select fresh air/recirculation mode
depending on local environment
conditions.
