SET-HD100

取付け

スケールユニットの仮取付け

スケールユニットを回転部の取付け面に設置し、付属の心出し治具を使用して設置位置を
確認後、ねじ (4 か所 ) を仮締めします。
※ スケールユニットのケースに取付けられていたねじ、またはお客様でご用意いただいた

ねじをご使用ください。

スケールユニットの偏心調整

回転部を回転させて偏心精度を確認しながら、仮取付けをしたスケールユニットの偏心調
整を行ないます。スケールユニットの台座の側面を、装置に損傷を与えないもので軽く押
すなどして調整してください。

< 仕様 >

偏心精度 : ピックテスタなどメカ基準(内径部)での確認の場合

: 0 0.005 mm

顕微鏡を用いてスケール読取り面上に記録された線基準で確認する場合

: 0 0.010 mm

< 確認方法例 >

・ピックテスタなどを用いてスケールユニットの台座の基準面(内径部)のブレを計測する。
・顕微鏡を用いてスケール読取り面上の同心円を計測する。
