To create a new template:

Click the Templates category button.

Click the New Template button.
For more information on creating new templates, see “Reusing Content with
Templates and Libraries” on page 375.
To create a new library item, do one of the following:
•
Click the Library category button, then click the New Library Item button.
•
Select an element or text in the Document window’s Design view, then drag
that element or text to the Assets panel. Regardless of what kind of element you
drag, a new library item is created containing that element.
