• Carefully read the sheets and the maintenance registry reported below;
• Photocopy the sheets and fi ll them out after the maintenance is done;
• Keep the sheets with technician original signature;
• Keep a copy of the fi lled out sheet to have available a maintenance updated registry (copy for the maintainer).
