Trimming line
Refill the trimming line in the trimming spool
1. Remove the trimming spool (18c) from the housing
(18h) as instructed in chapter “Trimming line -
Replace the trimming spool”.
2. Discard all the remaining line (18d) from the trimming
spool (18c).
3. Clean the housing (18h) and the trimming spool (18c).
4. Cut a new 6 m long trimming line (18d) with a
diameter of 2.0 mm.
5. Double the trimmer line (18d) back and lead the loop
through the slot of the trimming spool (18c) and hook
it (Fig. 31).

Spare parts are available at an authorised dealer or through our customer service.
Repair
This product does not contain any parts that can be repaired by the consumer.
Contact an authorised service centre or a similarly qualified person to have it
checked and repaired.
Storage
1. Switch the product off and remove the battery pack.
2. Clean the product as described above.
3. Disassemble two handle bars (3, 13) to storage position, if necessary.

6. Wind all the trimming lines firmly around the trimming spool in direction of the
arrows on the trimming spool (18c) (Fig. 32).
