Check the leakage and the good operation of the scrubber
. This is done by a
Positive pressure test and a flow gas test.
Positive pressure test:
(a) Block the output of the scrubber with one hand (white side).
(b) Blow by the input of the scrubber (black side).

Loop setting
Once the scrubber is full and tested, the loop can be built. The diver has to check that all the
items of the rebreather are in good condition and the o-ring are lubricated only with oxyclean
grease!
The manufacturer also recommend to check there is no bugs into the exposed pieces. In-
deed, bugs can constitute a serious obstacle to proper operation of the rebreather
The settin steps herebelow suppose that the breathing hoses and the counterlungs are ready
to be used. They may be disassembled time to time for maintenance (see sections 5 et 4.3).
All the rapid connections are secured by circlips. Thoses circlips have to be slide allong the
groove.
WARNING
Clip rotation is prohibited, the spring force will be affected.
