MAUI ZERO CLEARANCE

Before securing the SLIP EXTENSION OUTER HEAT 

SHIELD to the OUTER HEAT SHIELD ensure the flue 

extends above the top of the SLIP EXTENSION 

OUTER HEAT SHIELD by a maximum of 25mm.  

Adjust SLIP EXTENSION to obtain this measurement.

Fix TOP FLUE SPACER BRACKET to the flue 

making sure logs fit snugly inside OUTER HEAT 

SHIELD or SLIP EXTENSION if used.  Make sure 

TOP FLUE SPACER BRACKET fits down heard into 

the SLIP EXTENSION/OUTER HEAT SHIELD.

Fit GAS COWL into flue pushing down fully onto TOP 

FLUE SPACER BRACKET. 

 

 

 

NOTE: 

It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that the 

installation of this flue kit complies with the appliance 

manufacturers specifications for flues and that relevant
