step 11 – Prep all drilled holes
step 11a
- Use the debur stone to debur all drilled holes.
step 11B
- Pre-thread all (4) C Inside Base Plate attaching holes – using one of the
Phillips head thread forming screws (F). A #2 square drive bit works well with the
screws.
step 12 – attach the lever Handle to the Front Plate
step 12a
– Attach the lever handle correctly depending on the direction of the door
swing. The handle will always point toward the hinge side of the door. (Figure 5)
step 12B
– Place the split washer (G) onto the ¼”-20x1 ¾” socket head machine
screw (G) insert through the back of the Front Plate and thread it into the lever handle.
step 12c
– Secure the screw tightly using the 3/16” T-Handle hex wrench.

11a - Debur all drilled holes
11b - Pre-thread all (4) C holes.
12a - Place lever handle on front plate.
