The PLC does not detect input

(I9 – SQ2).

Check the switch SQ2.

12 Failure while

loading table

moving up !

A mechanical obstruction

prevented the table from moving

up.

Check that there is no mechanical obstruction

Check switches SQ1 and SQ2.

Failure on switch

SQ1 !

The PLC does not detect input

(I8 – SQ1).

Check the switch SQ1.

14 Failure on switch

SQ2 !

The PLC does not detect input

(I9 – SQ2).

Check the switch SQ2.

15 Failure while

The "Optical switch activated

too soon" alarm occurs when

the PLC detects input (I10 –

SQ3)

before the safety maximum

length has been reached during

the bar stock length measuring.

Press the

STOP

key on the remote control to clear

the message and reset the alarm.

Press the

MENU

key.

Choose the

SERVICE

item.

From the new menu, choose the

POSITION

item.

Press the key corresponding to

PAGE DOWN

many times as necessary to display the text

MAXIMUM BAR LENGTH

This value cannot exceed the spindle length. If

necessary, correct this value.

Measure the bar stock. This bar length cannot exceed

the value entered in the remote control.

21 Empty bar

No bar has been detected in the

bar feeder.

Check the connection lathe <-> barfeeder.

Check the wire of the signal A2 'lathe in auto mode'.

Check the part program in the lathe.
