HYDROBAR EXPRESS 220

Step 9: Insert an 8mm t-handle in the gap between the air cylinder clevis and follower plate and pull in back forcing the channels to

close.

Step 10: Confirm that the bolt is lined up vertically with the end of the linear rail. This is the reference position to set all of the channel

lids.

Step 11: Check to see if the channel lids are closed or open. If all channel lids are closed, skip to step 14.

Step 12: To adjust the channel lids so that they are closed, loosen both split collars on each channel lid section. Position the channel

lid so that it is in a closed position and retighten the split collars. Repeat this step for the remaining open channel lids.
