The energy absorber of the Lines allows innumerable advantages both during normal use
and in case of falls.
Elasticity in operation
While the device is in function, it works in the elastic field, allowing to maintain tensioning
of the cable regardless of the ordinary technical and thermal expansion of the system and
roof cover.
CFR technology : Constant force release in the event of a fall
When the operator falls, the plastic deformations allows an energy dissipation capacity
such as to guarantee a constant force on the anchors, regardless of the amount of force
acting on the system and the load history with which it is applied.
Even in the event of repeated falls with an already deformed dissipation system, the
energy absorber is able to ensure forces never exceeding:
The CFR system does not exempt the customers from a complete
maintenance of the anchoring system following a fall event or after a
replacement of the tensioner in the event that plastic deformations are
visible and / or the fall indicator is damaged.
