FILLING IN THE PLATE
An information plate must be installed near the access to the roof or fall arrest system, in
a visible place.
If this type of plate is affixed, fill it in as follows:
FIRST INSTALLATION
In "
DATE OF LAST INSPECTION
" field enter the installation date;
In "
DATE OF NEXT INSPECTION
" field enter the date of the next scheduled inspection *.
Similarly, in the event of a subsequent MAINTENANCE WORK, fill in the plate again as
follows:
In the " DATE OF LAST INSPECTION " field, fill in the date of the inspection carried out;
In the " NEXT INSPECTION DATE " field, enter the date of the next scheduled inspection *.
