As a large amount of dust is produced by the cutting of a dry surface, it is important that the dust extraction
system works optimally. The machine is equipped with two cyclone separators.
The large pre-separator takes up approx. 95% of the cutting dust in a plastic container.
The downstream cyclone is provided with a dust filter cartridge and the remaining dust falls into the
removable lower container.
Range
The plastic container fills quickly when cutting induction strips 8 x 70 mm.
 After approx. 15 to 20 m (30 to 65 ft), the container must be emptied or exchanged.

After the container has been emptied for approx. 3 to 5 times, tap the filter cartridge in the
downstream cyclone to shake off accumulated dust.
Empty the pre-separator

Shift the lever behind the pre-separator (pos. 1) completely downward, in order to lift the pre-separator

Remove the full dust container and empty it

Position the empty dust container below the cyclone and guide the lever upwards in a controlled
manner.
Shake the air filter

Switch off the engine and let the turbine run out.

Open the upper snap locks and lift out the lid with the air filter cartridge
 Tap the filter cartridge and check its condition.

Insert the cleaned filter again or exchange it.

Open the snap locks at the lower dust collection container

Check the container for the fill level and empty it if necessary
 Secure all lids with the snap locks.
Empty the fine separator

Open the two clips at the bottom of the housing (pos. 2) and remove the lower shell and empty it
