Drive belt turbine / drive 

 

 

 

 

WARNING 

 

 

Cut and crush hazard from rotating belt drive  

Danger of entanglement for body parts and clothing when opening and removing the belt cover. 

 

Removal or opening of the belt cover or touching the rotating belt drive are prohibited 

 

This work may only be carried out when the belt disk is standing still  

 

Effects of incorrectly 

tightened drive belts: 

 

Drive belts too loose: 
The drive belts slip on the V-belt disk, no or poor power transmission 

 

The drive belt is tightened too much: 
Excessive wear, excessive heating of the V-belt pulleys with subsequent damages 

Check 

The drive belts can be checked by pushing them with the thumb. 

 

Remover the belt cover (pos. 1) 

 

Check by pushing with the thumb, the drive belts must yield about one belt 
strength 

Installation and removal 

or retightening the drive 
belts 

 

Removal of the drive belt cover (pos. 1) 

 

After loosening the safety screw, the belt can be relaxed or tightened via the disk 

 

Or the driving belts can be removed 

Attention: 

Tighten the fan belt (pos. 1) only moderately
