For the driver's side patio railing, swing the front panel and gate (Fig. 88A) or with the no-gate option
the driver's side front panel, out in-line with the side patio railing (Fig. 88B).

If applicable, disengage the J-bolt (Fig. 86) on the driver's side of the patio railing.
7.
Lower the side and front gate patio panels (Fig. 89A) down towards the surface of the ramp door
(Fig. 89B) and flip the front and gate patio panels (Fig. 90A) over the top of the side panel (Fig. 90B).

Located towards the top of the ramp door, release the curbside front gate bottom leg (Fig. 91A) from the
keeper (Fig. 91B) by pushing the compression latch lever (Fig. 91C) forward towards the trailer, slide
the leg out of the keeper and release the lever.
NOTE:
Alternate versions of the Lippert 3000 series will have a spring plunger (Fig. 92A). Turn the lever
(Fig. 92B) towards the trailer, and release the curbside patio rail leg.
