12.7 CPR backrest release

WARNING!

Risk of injury due to lowering the backrest too quickly!

►  Ensure single collapsible siderails are in their lowest position.

or 

  

►  Ensure split plastic siderails are in their highest position.

 

     ►  Ensure there are no body parts between siderails and backrest.

 

     ►  Press the backrest down only by the mattress guard handle or the siderail.

The CPR is located on the mattress platform frame under the thignrest part. CPR allows quick mechanical lowering of the backrest 

for emergency resuscitation (CPR) procedures.

Set the CPR position as follows:

Press and hold lever upwards.

■ 

Press the backrest down using:

   Upper part of the siderails 

 

        (in case the split siderails are in upper position)
