Instructions for the check points
16 Mast Max. Load Test
- Run the lift with maximum load all the way up and down. (With the actuator mounted in the alternative allowing
maximum load 440 lbs.)
- Listen for peculiar noises and vibrations.
17 Base Max. Load Test
- Run the undercarriage (base) in and out with maximum load. (With the actuator mounted in the alternative
allowing maximum load 440 lbs.)
- Listen for peculiar noises and vibrations.
18 Mechanical Emergency Lowering Load test
- Check to ensure that the mechanical emergency-lowering device functions with maximum load. (With the
actuator mounted in the alternative allowing maximum load 440 lbs.)
- Run the actuator out a part of the way. Manually turn the red actuator collar in the direction of the arrows to
lower. (emergency lowering shall lower 1,16 inch/rev)
