Instructions regarding the check points for
Uno 200
1. Remove covers.
2. Remove and lubricate lift arm hardware.
Visually inspect lift arm plastic shells for wear,
cracks or deformation.
Replace with Spare Part No. 20190068 if needed.
3. Raise up then lower the arm. If a gap appears in
the half shell covers, or the lift arm binds and will
not completely lower, the screw is to tight.

Recommended replacement is every 5
th
year
7. Flexlink

1. Remove covers.
2. Remove and lubricate hardware.
Inspect shell covers for cracks or gaps.
3. Measure Max wear
4. Raise up then lower the slingbar, so that it falls to the lowest
position. If the link does not fall to the lowest position, the
screw is too tight.

Max wear: M = X -3mm
Pull out the Flexlink and check for
wear by measuring with a sliding
caliper.
Replace Flexlink,
with Spare Part No. 20190071 if it’s
worn more than 3 mm (0,12 inch),
according to assembly instruction.
