: This command reads the setup of the ADC on the audio board.

4.8.12. Set the color of no sync picture
Description
: If there is no incoming video signal the device gives a monochrome
640x480p60 picture to the output. This command sets the color of the no sync picture
with an RGB value on the active input port.
