SAFETY TIPS
• Place your feet into position on the pedals before beginning exercise.
Always wait until the motor is completely stopped before adjusting your
position or removing your feet from the pedals.
• Use the remote control to adjust the workout once exercise has begun.
Using the control panel while the unit is moving could cause an accident or
injury.
• Do not sit or stand on the Verdure.
• Stop immediately if you feel tired or dizzy, or if you experience pain or
difficulty breathing.
• Always power off and unplug the unit after each use.
• Do not use on slippery or uneven surfaces.
• Do not place your fingers or toes between or under the pedals.
EXERCISE TIPS
• Begin your new exercise routine with slow and easy ten-minute workouts.
• Work up to longer, more challenging workouts over several weeks.
• Start at the lowest speed level and increase speed incrementally once your
body gets used to using the Verdure.
• Long-term use will help you reach your health and fitness goals.
• Warm up for at least five minutes before using the Verdure to prevent
pulled muscles and other exercise injuries.
• Drink plenty of water before and after exercise.
• Do not use on a full stomach; wait at least a half hour after eating to begin
exercise.
• Extend the adjustable front legs if you prefer to workout with your feet at
a slight angle.
• The magnetic therapy footbeds promote increased blood flow and oxygen
levels to your feet and lower extremities. They also help reduce tiredness,
pain, swelling, and cramping in your feet.
