To get the best results, alternate between the preset programs and custom
workouts to keep your body guessing. Your body tends to adapt to a workout
routine over time, so you want to change up your workouts to keep improving
your fitness and mobility.
CHOOSE A PRESET PROGRAM
You can select from three preset programs: P1-P3. Each preset program
is 15 minutes long and uses different speed intensities to challenge your
body. See PRESET PROGRAM SPEEDS chart below for the breakdown of
each program.
To begin a preset program:
1. Press the Power button to turn the system ON.
2. Press the Program button on the remote control or the control panel to
toggle between the three preset programs, P1, P2, P3.
3. The default time for preset programs is 15 minutes. You may adjust the
workout time, in one-minute increments, from 1-30 minutes, by pressing
the Time+ / Time- buttons.
4. Press the Start/Stop button to activate the selected program.
NOTE:
You cannot manually adjust the speed for preset programs.
PRESET PROGRAM SPEEDS
The speed changes every minute as shown in the chart below:

CREATE A CUSTOM WORKOUT
You can create a custom workout with your own workout duration and
speed. The default time for custom workouts is 15 minutes. You may set a
custom workout duration of 1-30 minutes (in one-minute increments) while
in standby mode. Once your workout program begins, you may adjust the
workout duration at any time.
Speed is adjustable to levels 1-30. You may adjust the speed before the
workout begins or at any time during the workout.
To create a custom workout:
1. Press the Power button to turn the system ON.
2. Press the Program button on the remote control or the control panel to
choose manual mode, HR.
3. The default time duration is 15 minutes. To adjust the time, use the
Time+ / Time- buttons to increase or decrease the time duration.
4. Press the Speed+ / Speed- buttons to choose a speed level for your
workout.
5. Press the Start/Stop button to begin the manual workout.
6. You may adjust the speed or duration at any time during the workout.
