USING THE CONTROL PANEL TO OPERATE THE VERDURE
1. Power Button:
Press to turn the Verdure on/off. When powered on, the
display panel will light up and the unit will enter standby mode.
2. Program Button:
In standby mode, press the button to choose one the
three preset programs (P1, P2, P3) or manual workout mode (HR) .
3. Start/Stop Button:
Press the button to begin the select preset program
(P1-P3) or manual workout (HR). Press the button at any time during the
workout to stop exercising.
4. Increase/Decrease Speed Buttons*:
Press the buttons to increase or
decrease the speed, from level 1-30. You may adjust the speed before or
after a manual workout begins.
5. Speed Window:
Shows the current speed level.
6. Infrared Receiver:
Infrared receiver for remote control. For best results
point the remote directly at the receiver from no more than 6 feet away.
7. Time/Program Window:
In standby mode, window shows which program/
mode is selected: preset programs, P1, P2, P3, or manual mode, HR.
During exercise, window shows the remaining time in the current preset
program or manual mode workout.
8. Increase/Decrease Time Button:
Press the buttons to set a workout
time, from 1-30 minutes, in one-minute increments. Time may be adjusted
before or after the workout begins.

increase or decrease the time duration
for your workout. Set time in one-minute
increments, from 1-30 minutes. Time
may be adjusted before or after the
workout begins.
MODES
Standby Mode:
The Verdure is powered ON, but no program is selected.
Program Mode:
Choose from preset workout programs: P1-P3.
Manual Mode:
Create a custom workout with manually adjusted workout
duration and speed.
