Incline level gradually increases during the first half of the workout
and then gradually decreases during the second half.

Control the incline level or speed manually during a workout.

•
Choose the intensity of a series of up and down incline levels.

Choose between manual and automatic options. The manual option
allows you to select between three speeds set by you during workout

and interval durations that the machine automatically changes during

capacity. This test automatically increases speed and incline until a
