Linear Search (In Digital TV-C Mode Only)
You can search channels by setting the range of frequencies and other parameters.
➊ Press the DTV SETUP button.
➋ Select Installation using the
∧/∨
button and press the OK or > button.
➌ Select Installation (DTV-C) using the
∧/∨
button and press the OK or
>
button.
➍ Select Linear Search using the
∧/∨
button and press the OK or
>
button.
➎ Select Start/End Frequency using the
∧/∨
button and press the OK or
>
button.
Enter the frequency using the
NUMBER buttons.
➏ Select Step using the
∧/∨
button and press the OK or > button.
Select an option among Auto , 250 , 1000 , 7000 and 8000 using the
∧/∨
button and press the
OK
button. If you do not know the value, please select
Auto . If the required value does not exist, select User Define and enter the
value directly.
➐ Select Network Search using the
∧/∨
button and press the OK or > button.
Select an option among Disable , Enable and User Define using the
∧/∨
button and press the OK button.
When you select User Define to set the network manually, enter network
value using the NUMBER buttons.
➑ Select Append Symbol Rate using the
∧/∨
button and press the OK or
>
button.
Select the symbol rate using the
∧/∨
button and press the OK button.
It will be displayed symbol rates that you selected. The TV will search
channels by all of symbol rates that you selected.
➒ Select Search using the
∧/∨
button and press the OK button to start the
linear search.
The next procedures are similar to those for the automatic search. Please
refer to
Automatic Search (p.36).
