8 Call
History
The Call History stores, in three different directories, the last 20 calls missed, received and Dialed.
The information on the missed and received calls is available only to customers who subscribe to the CLI
(Calling Line Identification) service. If CLI service is not available, only “Number reserved” will be displayed.
8.1 Viewing
Call
Logs
To access the Call Logs:
1.
With the Videophone idle, select “
main menu
”
→
“
call history
”.
2.
Select an option from the “
Call History
” menu:
•
Missed calls
: contains information on the last 20 unanswered calls.
•
Received calls
: contains information on the last 20 received calls.
•
Dialed calls
: contains information on the last 20 dialed calls.
•
Delete calls
: delete call records from all or a selected Call Log, see
section 8.3.

Select the list you wish to consult (
missed
/
received
/
dialed
) and press OK to confirm.
The screen will display the numbers from the selected Call Log. If the number matches an entry in the
Phonebook, the corresponding name will be displayed in place of the number.
To access the options relating to the missed/received/Dialed call, select “Options” from the left-hand side of
the screen.

Options
Once you have selected a record from one of the Call Logs, several options can be accessed with the
“Options” key as follows:

Details
: details for the call including number, date, time and duration.
•
Save in Phonebook
: to save a selected record to the Phonebook
•
Delete
: delete a selected record.
•
Send SMS
:
•
Send MMS
:
•
Voice call
: place a voice call to the telephone number.
•
Video call
: place a video call to the telephone number.
8.2.1 Details
With this function you can view details on the selected call. To use this function from “
main menu
”

1. Select the desired Call Log (

).and confirm with OK,
2. Select the desired call record,
3. Select
“Options”,
4. Select the “Details” option and press OK.
The details on the selected call will appear on the screen:
•
Telephone
number
•
Date and Time of the call
•
Call duration (only for dialed and received calls)
8.2.2 Saving in the Phonebook
With this function you can save the telephone number from a selected record to the Phonebook. To use
