Appendix B: Advanced troubleshooting

To enter configuration mode you must be in the Special

Function Menu:

Turn off the printer.

Open the top cover.

Turn the printer back on.

When the Error light comes on, indicating the

top cover is open, do a double button press.

When the Error light and Press Button light

blink, close the cover.

Do a double button press twice to scroll down to

Enter Configuration Mode.

When the

Enter Configuration Mode

setting is

selected, the operator panel

Load Paper

light is on

solid, the

Error

light is blinking and the

Press

Button

light is blinking.

Do a long button press to initiate Configuration

Mode.
