troubleshooting

If you contact the Lexmark Customer Support Center to 

help you resolve a printing problem, they may guide 

you through configuration mode to change a default 

setting (i.e., turning on the PPDS Activated setting if 

your job application uses the PPDS datastream).

Use the operator panel or the MarkVision remote 

operator panel to set or change specific printer 

functions in configuration mode.
