How to program calling numbers

You can program up to 8 or 9 calling numbers.

If you w ant to alarm more than the first three calling numbers you
have to adapt calling number sequence.

Calling number 9 is used for periodical test call according EN81-28.

Digit # . as part to the calling number results i n a 5 seconds dialling
delay. This may be necessary in combi nation with a private exchange,
when a pause is required after taki ng an external line. Program calling
number as following: Office #. + Phone number

If you require Hotline-mode (= pri vate exchange dials telephone
number after E XICALL® EN70 seizes line) you program calling number
1 with

If the private exchange needs flash-pulse to dial internal numbers you
have to program calling number as following:

Calling number 1 cannot be deleted and is the only calling number to
be dialled i n case of a suppl y pow er loss.

Digit * . as part of the calling number will result into a Point-ID-
connection.

How to program periodical test number
According to EN81-28 EXICALL® EN70 has to call his service facility at least
every 72 hours => periodical test call. Therefore you have to program
calling number 9.

If the periodical test call is activated EXICALL® EN70 calls this number
in the programmed interval.
