If the device was allowed to cool down beforehand, this will be followed by a static 

display of the setpoints of the most recently used profile (the Basic profile is dis-

played when the device is first commissioned).

The heating is not yet switched on at this stage.

•  Select the desired welding profile or define the welding parameters individually. 
•  Now switch the heating on with the 

heating On/Off button (31)

. 

After startup, the 

Start screen

 will appear briefly in the display, with the 

version number of the current software release and the device designation.

•  Once you have prepared the working area and the hot air welder in accordance with the description, connect 

the hot air welder to the supply voltage.

•  Use the 

main switch (19)

 to switch the hot-air welder on.
