4. Make any adjustments necessary to achieve even gaps as this will help in giving a well balanced
flame picture and an even glow. After running the fire for 30 minutes, it may be necessary to adjust
the logs with tongues.
Where possible, make sure that the flames do not play on the ceramic fire box liners, as this may
cause sooting.
