8.2.3 Speed command acceleration and deceleration
On the basis of speed command input, acceleration and deceleration are added as internal speed
commands to control the speed. This function can be used when entering the ladder-like speed command and
internal speed setting. In addition, the acceleration and deceleration function can also be used when the
vibration is reduced by the change of acceleration

Assuming that the target value of the speed command is Vc(r/min), the time required
for acceleration/deceleration can be computed from the formula shown below.
Acceleration time (ms)=Vc/1000 *Pr3.12 *1ms
