7.8.9  Entering the offset of the external temperature probe 

If a deviation is found during the check using a calibrated reference thermometer probe, then the offset 
(the additive part of the characteristic) of the external measurement chain can be adjusted with the 
following function. The reference thermometer must be dipped nearly by the external temperature probe 
into the consumer bath according to the details on the calibration certificate.
