MAINTENANCE AND LUBRICATION
12 Month / 500 Hour Inspection Checklist
Electric Hydraulic Power Unit
Certified Technicians: Conduct every 12 Months or 500 Hours to identify possible faults or safety concerns. It is
important that these inspections are documented. During this inspection, be sure to check the overall condition of the
equipment (i.e. body/paint damage, etc). Also check the equipment for any signs of fluid leaks. Make comments of any
conditions that are out of the ordinary and report them to your supervisor immediately.

Key Switch
Verify the key switch is in the “OFF” position
and secure key.
Enclosure Decals &
Covers
If charging, verify the charging port light is
steady on.
If charging, remove and secure the
extension cord from the charging port and
close the weather cap.
Decals
Inspect for fading, missing, wear, pealing,
signs of brittle / fatigue and visual defects.
Inspect Decals and mating surfaces for
corrosion, dirt, grease.
Hoses & Couplers
Disconnect the hydraulic hoses and
couplers from the equipment couplers.
Covers
Remove the top cover, front cover, vent
cover and rear cover.
Inspect for bends, burrs, cracks, dents,
wear, distortion, and visual defects.
Inspect mounting hardware for bends,
breaks, burrs, cracks, dents, wear, signs of
brittle / fatigue, tread condition and visual
defects.
Covers & Hardware
Inspect for corrosion, dirt, rust, grease.
Battery Disconnect
Disconnect the Negative and Positive
cables from the battery terminal buss bars.
Insulate the cable ends and place them
where they will not contact the buss bars.
Enclosure Interior &
Exterior
Remove debris and blow out dust with low
pressure air.
Wash with mild detergent and rinse with
low pressure water.
Remove grease and oil build up with
degreaser and rinse with low pressure cold
water.
Charging Port & Light
Inspect for signs of wear, damage or
missing port weather cover.
Display Module
Inspect the for signs of wear or damage.
Emergency Stop
Push and pull the Button to check function.
Pump-On Light
