MAINTENANCE AND LUBRICATION
Daily Inspection Checklist
Electric Hydraulic Power Unit
Operators or Certified Technicians: Conduct Daily, before operations to identify possible faults or safety concerns. It is
important that these inspections are documented. During this inspection, be sure to check the overall condition of the
equipment (i.e. body/paint damage, etc). Also check the equipment for any signs of fluid leaks. Make comments of any
conditions that are out of the ordinary and report them to your supervisor immediately.

Key Switch
Verify the key switch is in the “OFF” position
and secure key.
Enclosure
If charging, verify the charging port light is
steady on.
If charging, remove and secure the
extension cord from the charging port and
close the weather cap.
Inspect under and around for signs of
hydraulic or battery electrolyte leakage.
Inspect the vent cover, front cover, top
cover, rear cover and hydraulic reservoir for
missing mounting hardware and securely
fasten.
Hydraulic Reservoir
Inspect the fill cap and strainer for signs of
wear or damage.
Verify the fluid level is no higher than the
bottom of strainer screen, fill if needed.

Hoses & Couplers
Disconnect the hydraulic hoses and
couplers from the equipment couplers.
Inspect the equipment hydraulic couplers
for wear, damage and signs of leaking.
Inspect the power unit hydraulic hoses and
couplers for wear, damage and signs of
leaking.
Connect the power unit’s pressure and
return hydraulic hose couplers together.
This will allow the fluid to cycle at the power
unit only and not effect the trailer
hydraulics.
Charging Port & Light
Inspect for signs of wear, damage or
missing port weather cover.
Display Module
Inspect the for signs of wear or damage.
Emergency Stop
Push and pull the Button to check function.
Pump-on Light
Inspect for signs of wear or damage
Key Switch
Insert key and turn it to the “ON” position.
Verify the motor turns on and the display
module shows the start up ICON, then
Landoll Logo and goes to the Main Screen.
