STEP 5: ASSEMBLE THE LOCKING RING

Place the tool hook [ U ] anywhere on

side of the firebowl [ A ] edge.

Place the locking ring [ C ] onto the
firebowl tabs. The slots for the cooking

grate should be on the sides. Assemble
using (4) M5 x 10MM bolts [ DD ] and (4)

M5 hexnuts [ HH ]. Tighten securely.

STEP 5: ASSEMBLE THE LOCKING RING

AND TOOL HOOK

STEP 6: ASSEMBLE THE LID

Assemble the lid handle [ P ] and

heatshield [ Q ] to the lid [ B ] using (2)
M5 x 10MM bolts [ DD ], (2) M5 hexnuts

[ HH ] and (2) 12MM washers [ RR ]. The
handle assembles first and then the
heatshield assembles on top. See STEP
6A assembled.

Assemble the temperature gauge [ R ] to
the lid with the included wing nut.

Assemble the lid hook [ S ] to the lid
using (2) M4 x 12MM bolts [ EE ], (2)
9MM washers [ SS ], (2) lock washers
[ UU ] and (2) M4 hexnuts [ GG ].

Assemble the lid vent [ T ] to the lid
using (1) M6 x 12MM bolt [ CC ], (1)
12MM washer [ RR ], (1) lock washer
[ TT ] and (1) M6 hexnut [ JJ ]. Tighten
to allow snug movement.
