• Select the desired type of operation on the

This function is used to set different cooking

times for different levels and the “JIT” option
makes it possible to ensure the various

which has just been cooked at the right
temperature, so it can be served piping hot
and cooked to perfection.

The cooking process is halted and food is

prevented from drying out, as the conditions
