WARNING:
Never take off the cover during the mixing of the preparation.
To add ingredients during the mixing, remove the measuring
cap from the cover or first stop the unit.
For all types of preparation, it is important to start mixing at a slow
speed and to progressively increase the mixing speed.
Grinder

Place the grinder on the base of the blender, then lock in place by
pushing firmly into the base and turning clockwise until it clicks.

Place the ingredients inside the stainless steel bowl.
*
Place the lid on the stainless steel bowl and lock in place by pushing
firmly and turning clockwise until it clicks. Make sure that the
notch on the lid is correctly positioned under the pouring spout
of the stainless steel bowl.
You can use your grinder for a multitude of purposes:

Crushing walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds…
*
Grinding coffee, spices, seeds…
*
Mince the onions.
*
Make icing sugar from granulated sugar, a crumble from cereal
*
and cookies or bread crumbs from rusks or dry bread…
*
Chop raw or cooked meat…
Attention, to obtain the best results, do not overfill the grinder.
Repeat several times if necessary.
Do not use the grinder for liquid mixtures.
