Replace the heat exchanger end baffles (model
125 & 175 only).

Replace the transition plate on the top of the flue
collector.

Replace the gap closures and tighten the screws.

Check to make sure the wiring is not pinched
against sharp edges, or resting on the collector
assembly.

Position the rainshield on the flue collector and
secure it with the screw removed earlier.
34.
Replace the top assembly. Make sure the tabs are
outside the heater jacket. Secure the top assembly
with the hex-head screws.
35.
Replace the vent cap or drafthood assembly.
