GENERAL INDICATIONS
Milk is a delicate biological product and can easily
deteriorate. Heat modi

es its structure. Milk must be kept
at a storage temperature
no higher than 41°F (5°C)
from
the moment the container is opened and throughout its
entire period of use. Our storage appliances are suitable
for this purpose.
NOTE: at the end of the work day (or not more than 24
hours from the time the container is opened), any remaining
milk must be discarded.

the type of frothing and heating of the
milk from the 4 available settings (

The type of milk selected is displayed
on the touch screen.
Insert the tube (

) in the milk container
and position the appropriate container
under the dispenser (
