high voltage PWB goes low while maintenance item U101 is
run. If not, replace the high voltage PWB.

Defective engine PWB.

Check if YC8-4 on the engine PWB goes low when mainte-
nance item U101 is run. If not, replace the engine PWB.

No LSU
laser is
output.

Defective laser scanner
unit.

Replace the laser scanner unit (see page 1-5-35).

Defective main PWB.

Check if YC6-5 on the main PWB goes low when mainte-
nance item U100 is run. If not, replace the main PWB.

No devel-
oping bias
